Instructions
1. A file will start to download, or you will be asked to "run" or "save" the file, we recommend "save".
This file will start to download, by default it will usually be located in the "Downloads" folder.
2. Once the download is completed, go to the downloaded file and double click and "run". Sometimes a windows will popup once the download is finish, click "run" if this occurs.
NOTE: If Apple, this will ask you for your Administrators password to authorize.
Important: Any access requests must be accepted to allow the software to run.
3. Give technical support your ID and Password when requested.
When the remote session is over, close the application.
Note: On PC's and Mac's the app does not install any files.

ALBA Tech Solution's (ATS) will not be held responsible for any data loss if any occurred during or after a remote session. If you require help in setting up a backup procedure for your data please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
